Nothing Cuter than a Sleeping Dalmatian Puppy

Those of you who have raised puppies in your home know how exhausting it can be.  But, when they all calm down for the day and are relaxed and resting, it is a beautiful sight!  They are so sweet and so cute!  Here are two of the babies snoozing in the house.  Peace and quiet, I love it!

Vision

We still have our lovely liver girl, Vision, available.  She is BAER tested bilateral hearing, two shots done, dew claws removed, housetraining going pretty well, leash training going well, great temperament, very smart, lovely spotting, and outstanding pedigree.  Parents are CH Atlantis Wildcat Victory and CH Dalmino's Victory Vegas, CA.  Grandparents are CH Tuckaway Winged Foot, GCH Paisley Nspird by Broadway, CH Dalmino's Whoopdedo, and CH Atlantis and Read All Over.  I want her to go to a show home, or I will be happy to show her for her new owners.  Three of her grandparents were top 20 dogs, and CH Tuckaway Winged Foot held the record for more best in shows than any other Dalmatian.  She has an awesome pedigree and comes from a long line of fantastic breeders who have bred lovely Dalmatians for many years.  I really want to keep her, but I am already keeping two pups from this litter, and don't feel I can keep more than two.  Parents have their CHIC numbers.

LLL Victory Cross Country (CC) in his new home

Our beautiful liver boy, CC, went to a wonderful family in Colorado.  And, they are wonderful, they share tons of pictures with me, he has 6 lovely children to play with, and a Mom who takes him for sunrise walks and lots of good training and socialization.  I think CC has the most lovely face, and I feel so blessed that he is with such a great family.  He has already learned, sit, stay, and many other things.  Here are some pictures of CC.  Love those pine needles!

Life with Dalmatians

The Dalmatian puppies keep me so busy, I am just exhausted every day.  Cleaning up after them, socializing them, leash training, feeding, playing, petting, holding, then feeding the big dogs, feeding the horses, goats, ducks, geese, doing laundry, going to work every day, keeping the yard cleaned and the cars clean, paying the bills, doing the bookwork at home, and endless other tasks.  I am wiped out.  No more puppy litters for me for a good long time, the work and stress are endless.  To top that all off, we have a copperhead epidemic this year and have killed 7 around the house and driveway, so we have to search the yard for snakes each time before the pups can go out.  Plus, I have one puppy I still need to place, Vision, the lovely, bilateral, liver girl.  But, I want a special home for her, where she can be a beloved family pet, but also become a champion.  Her temperament is wonderful, and she is so pretty and correct in conformation.  Here are some pictures of the last couple of weeks at our house.

Dalmatian cake that Luke and Courtney made me, red velvet, chocolate chip cookies all around it, and very delicious!

Victory and His Kids

CH Atlantis Wildcat Victory loves his kids.  If Wishbone, our 14 year old rescue corrects the pups for bugging him, it really upsets Victory.  Victory has not made one mean move toward his babies.  He is gentle and patient and plays so nicely with them.  You can tell he just loves his babies.  Here are some pictures of Victory and his kids.
